Working In Tim Horton? HELP?

Hope you are managing OK with this new job. Judging by the answers it is very obvious to me now why Tim Horton's staff usually get the order wrong, etc. Seems like they don't spend any time training people....which is glaringly obvious and it is unfair to you, the employee, to have to be thrown into the job with very little training. I think Tim Horton's should focus more on training which translates into customer satisfaction. Clearly they don't bother since they have a huge following...I go there several times a week too even though I am usually completely frustrated by my order being wrong on a regular basis...doesn't matter which location I go to either. Perhaps that is why customers get cranky with the staff. it is annoying having to repeat your order several times yet still get the wrong thing.
