Pacman frog and Red eared sliders?

OK, i was looking online and was researching Pacman frogs and Red eared sliders, and i am wondering 1)are they both illegal in Alberta Canada, 2) Where can i buy a Pacman frog in Alberta and 3) If Pacmans are illegal, where can i buy them besides online.~Thanks J
