What are my chances of getting into these schools?

I'm afraid i'm going to have to agree with angie on all of the decisions. You are applying to the top universities, a lot of the universities on your list reject a LOT of 4.0 students. There are many people with SAT's in the 2000's who get rejected. Look into Penn State University Park, that is a very good and well respected school. Your gpa is around the average for it so you have a chance there.
