Help: Whenever i click on the Google chrome icon on my desktop it says....?

Whenever i click on the Google chrome icon on my desktop i receive the following Q: Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer? "YES I DO ALLOW IT, STOP ASKING ME THIS FRICKIN QUESTION." What can i do to stop this from happening again. I'm tired of receiving this Q whenever i want to use chrome.
