If your house caught on fire and then you caught on fire, would you then say Ich bin hei?

According to the dictionary of the English language, the word hot not only means having a relatively high temperature but it also means capable of burning, scolding, or searing. So can't ich bin hei also mean I'm hot like I caught on fire or gleich ich gekriegt an Feuer. The true meanings of the word hot in German are hei, warm, scharf, hitzig, fetzig, radioaktiv, and zugkrftig and when you literally translate all these into English you get hot: hot, warm sharp, heated, fiery, hasty, pionate, hotheaded, and on heat at least, literally fevered, radioactive, crazy, wild, peppy, zappy, and catchy and when you add meanings of hot to hei from the English dictionary you get German words like hei, feurig, flammed, rig, heftig, vehement, leidenschaftlich, eifrig, stark, gewaltttig, geweltsam, brutal, gewaltig, ttlich, handgreiflich, hart, krftig, rabiat, grell, bermig, kr, elementar, tief, lstern, gierig, beflissen, eilfertig, geschftig, dienstbeflissen, emsig, diensteifrig, neu, frisch, stechend, beiend, penetrant, durchdringend, streng, bitter, tzend, sarkastisch, wrzig, pikant, gepfeffert, gesalzen, radioaktiv, and strahlend. The English dictionary on the IQuest says nothing but horny which in German translates to geil, not hei, by the way.
