Looks alot more like a Lightsworn deck, but it's really good. I'd give it a 8/10. What's funny is that I dont see a Light and Darkness Dragon here, which is a key principle for any Twilight deck. Not only is it useful for strength, but these days because of so many monster effects in top decks, a monster never stays on the field for more then two turns without some monster effect or something killing it. Be sure to add 2 or three of those into your deck
