Would this outfit go together okay?

I LOVE navy blue and white. However, navy and black don't match. My friends and I talked about this the other day, ahaha. Do you have a white heel or navy heel or even another color that can go with the outfit? That would work out better. I don't know what the outfit looks like though :/ Good luck! :D
