My 05 f-150 will not start?

When I turn the key the engine will not turn over, even though the battery is hot. Then I get a message to check my gauges. I have jumped across the solenoid, and the engine turns over fine, but will not start with the key in the run position. I'm thinking it is most likely a fuse, but not sure which ones to check. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
