Anyone have any information? Whats up with my tattoo?

So i got a tattoo on the entire top of my foot. It seems to be healing wonderfully except for one area. The tattoo itself is pretty big, but the area that isnt healing is fairly small. I noticed the color is gone on that area and it formed an actual scab, like youd get if you get cut or something. Any thoughts?
