Sit in your splits everyday for 3 minutes for each day. You should be able to feel a good stretch but not to where it hurts badly. Do each side and middle. For toe touches sit in a stradle and reach to each side and down the middle. V-ups (lay down and go up so your head and arms meet your legs half way) and stradle ups (in a stradle do the same thing) should help your toe touches. Just work on it constantly. You'll do great! Remember coaches LOVE facials :)
