My question is to long buts its about my dreams?

Ok not sure how to explain this but ill do it the best i can. I will be asleep in my room or somewhere and people in the other room or a phone ringing, while I am asleep and i will be dreaming about the conversation or about a phone ringing and wake up and the same conversation is happening or the phone is acctuallly ringning. Example, this morning i was dreaming about sitting out in the livingroom with my finace and grandma(I live with them) and my gma was on the phone having a conversation with my uncle and he was elling at her and then hung up on her and she got mad and aid god dammit. Then a little while later she came in the room were i was sleeping and woke me up to tell me someone called for me and said she just got off the phone with my uncle he was yelling at her then hung up so I was dreaming about the conversation she was having while she was having it and it happends alot about the phone ringing or something on the tv and ill wake up to it and afew second will go by and they will tlak about what I was just dreaming. I was just wondering if anyone knows why that happends? And one more thing I have always had dreams about dinosours and everyone dies except me and im alone or Im being chased and then they catch me and we become friends its weird but its always the same type of dreams. Also about being underwater and I can breath and Im just sitting there on the botom? Sorry im just wondering
