My first Date tonight?

tonight I am going on a date (blind date)... well only 50 % blind date, because he sent me his pic through AIM but I didn't have a pic online to show him. I live in Glendale, CA, in L.A. county... he is going to take to the cheesecake factory at Marina Del Ray... right on the beach... our date is at 8 PM... GIRLS... I need HELP... i'm going to wear this hot pink top with few glitters in the front, spaghetti straps... it's a very formal top. should I wear this with Blue jeans? or black pants...???? will high heels be ok with the jeans? i'm confused... HEEEEEEEEEEEEELP...
