Should I email this breeder?

It never hurts to contact a breeder. Most breeders will gladly talk to people about their dogs, even if they aren't planning on getting one right away. Sometimes a breeder looks fantastic on their website, but you can't really get a good feel for them from that. Talking to them on the phone lets you ask questions and gives you more information about them than you would have otherwise.
