Needing help with marriage ..?

I feel that I have been cheated on, but he just wont admit it.. Its destroying my marriage. I cant quit thinking about it and I have so much anger and bitterness I cant let it go. I feel that I need to make him pay some way..Its been 5 yrs and Im still hanging on to it. Please don't say counseling because he will never admit it.
