My dog's belly gurgles?

Help please..... my dog is a yorkie and she is around 2 or 3 yrs. of age. she was given to me about 3 weeks ago. all of a sudden today her belly started gargling really loud. she wants to stay next to me at all times. is she pregnant or sick with a tummy ache? she was trying to vomit friday but never did. do pregnant dogs's belly gurgle like that? thanks for any info.
