My blood test was positive for oral anti-bodies.?

I want to know if this means that I should expect to have an outbreak in the future where I am dealing with sores all over my mouth, or if this is something very common and maybe I've even experienced it before without knowing...? In other words, is a funny zit that last a day or two next to my lip or a canker sore a manifestation of oral , or should I expect something worse in the future? Is this a really low key thing?
