Having a lot of painful pressure on cervix and contractions 8-10 mins apart?

I am 36 weeks pregnant. I have been extremely tired. Last night I had contractions 8-10 minutes apart for 4 hours. They slowed down later. Today I am having a lot of pain on my cervix and pelvic area. I have pain in my lower back. I haven't really been able to feel my contractions even when I am having them. I have been having some leakage sometimes enough to soak my underwear. The discharge is clear, but sometime white. Am I in labor and not knowing it? Should I go to the hospital?
