Does it say in the Bible that Christian women have to wear Headscarves kind of like devout Muslim women ?

It says that her HAIR is her covering. Read verse 15, you quoted it. That is why a woman doesn't have to wear any head covering, not ever, not in church fellowship, not even when praying.
