Do you think i can get vegetable scraps from Subway?

I want to add Vegetable scraps to my compost pile (more than i can produce myself and my neighbors don't hardly have any). So i was thinking of restaurants,how they have scraps (in particular Subways vegetable scraps).So do you think they would give them to me? And if they did the thing is they would have to separate them through out the day if it all gets put into one garbage bag at the end of the day.Although i have noticed that when they make there sandwiches they have a Little hole that the excises or scrap vegetables go into when they make your sub.So what do you think? Do you think they would do that or say they can't (or don't want to)? How would i go about it.I would want at least a weeks worth.Do any of you work at Subway that would have some advise of going about this Or their policies? I don't want to be rude and kinda make them do it.Any help would help Thanks
