Crayfish yes, but by themselves generally. A freshwater stingray can be kept in a large tank, but I don't recommend it unless you're experienced. Whitebait...I've never heard of that one. Jellyfish, probably not. The rest would require a huge aquarium with a constant current. Except for brook trout. Also, their water must be kept cool, probably cooler than you could keep it, and, it may be illegal in your state to do so.
