A +1/+1 counter is something you put on a card to represent that that card has an extra +1 to its power and toughness. Multiple +1/+1 counters stack. And if your creature has 2 +1/+1 counters on it, that means it still has 1 +1/+1 counter on it, even if there's 2. So, it still has trample.
